EXCHANGE POLICY

*All returns are for store credit only, refunds will not be issued.

* Returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Returned items must be clean, unworn, and unwashed. If items appear to be worn, have makeup or other stains, smell strongly of perfume or contain animal hair they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

* Shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Sale items, flash sale items, clearance items and shoes are final sale!

*You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived to you damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

*Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your item to support@azurearrow.com

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please email us at support@azurearrow.com to receive this number before returning. Any returns that reach us without this number will not be accepted.
